Breast cancer has touched many of us here at American Volleyball Club, either personally or through someone we love.   In June, several of our teams will be traveling to Orlando, Florida, to play at the 51st AAU Nationals  tournament.  During this tournament, AAU will be partnering with  the Side-Out Foundation to “Dig Pink” and fund the fight, which will empower the sport of volleyball around a common cause: “We want to provide those living with metastatic breast cancer more tomorrows.”

American Volleyball Club will be “digging pink” and raising funds for Side-Out.  We have set a goal to raise $2,500 for the AAU Dig Pink Campaign. There are two ways to donate to this wonderful cause:

1.  Make a donation of any size directly on our team’s fundraising website. 

Or

2. Order spirit wear on Squad Locker where 10% of every item will go directly to the team’s AAU Dig Pink Campaign. Not only can you show your support while attending AAU Nationals byd wearing pink on June 15th, 19th, 23rd, and 27th , but you can wear pink year round!  Our store has several pink American Volleyball Club spirit wear items.

Remember that every little bit counts! Every $2,000 raised through AAU’s Dig Pink Campaign allows Side-Out to enroll one person in their precision medicine research program which provides each patient with a map to help them navigate their diagnosis & conversations with their care team.
